Hello there,
I wonder if anyone will notice this post, as I've been away for such a long long time!
At the moment i am having more time to do things for myself, last few months work has been very stressful, and I had another quarrel with my boss.
And in the meantime i have been to Berlin again, our yearly trip with school.
This year one student got arrested, because of graffiti, one ended up in hospital, because of hyperventilation problems and we had a love drama! for the rest we had a wonderful time saw new things and had alot of fun with 200 students!

Tomorrow I will start working again, still a bit sneezy and not full of energy yet, but we will see...

I am sick, having the flu and what else is there to do then watch a movie on the couch...
Can´t help it, it´s such a naive, old fashioned movie, but I like it, brings me back to my childhood.

Already more then a month ago, Rben and I went to Appeltern with Blutsj and Karien. We had a very sunny day and all the plants and flowers were in good condition (still...after alot of rain this summer!) The gardens of Appeltern are showgardens, fot getting good ideas for your own garden and as our garden still neeeds a total (extreme ;)...) make over, we went there to have a look. Between all the elderly people we luckily were not the only younger people walking around there ;). We saw loads of wonderfull flowers and plants, which i had very green fingers and could easily grow seeds into big plants! hm, think i am better at painting them, ha, ha!  Well, i always promise to post more and read more here on lj, but somehow i always get tangled up in other things, either it is work, social things, thoughts, etc. Not that I don't think about the persons who 'hang out'  here, i do, I DO!!!
But in the evening I just do not end up behind the computer so much for fun, for myself, it's mostly work, yes, I know, HORRIBLE!

nevertheless, there's a lot of catching up to do, to read, to post, to be in contact again, so lets hope i will get to you all!
I noticed that some people have given up on me, well can't blame them, I am hardly here.
Do hope the good ones stay ;)

Well first thing for me to post is some pictures of a day out with my friends IIsolde, Nymphaion en grammaticameid. A few times a year we have a day out and one of us organizes something to do.
Mostly we keep it a secret, so when we meet on that day, we finally know what we are going to do :)
Well, we had a lovely time!

Other news is that our neighbour (from hell) has past away, some of you might remember that he tried to kill my cats! I can't help it, but I think good riddens!!!  I am sorry.

This year so much has happened in my team at work!

to put it in a row:
* a collegue had a heart attack
* a collegue has got a hernia
* other one got the message she cannot get babies
* one is now being in sergery for a cancer tumor, which not much hope for recovery
* today another collegue heard she had cancer cells in her womb...

What is going on!!!!

Last month it was my yearly trip to Berlin with school. This it was with 207 persons and we couldn't make a reservation at the hostel we used to go. So we headed for a new 'adventure', well and it was! This time we had to organize our own security at night and that was no fun at all. We sended 2 students back for misbehaving!
To be honest, i am still so shocked every time again, how much alcohol young people drink!!! Still suprized no one is having a delerium yet!
And another thing to be amazed about is...most of them 9with the exeption of 4 i believe) do appear at the early breakfast everyday and participate with the several excursions we organized!

new things i saw this year were the bunkers underneath Berlin, which I liked, it was a good tour for our students! (See the dark/neon photos) and a new exhibition at the hamburger Bahnhof Museum, about PAIN (Schmertz), which was very interesting!!!) the last 11 pictures are from that exhibition. Oh, and one of our students got into the top 3 from the painscore on the painmachine... OH MY GOD!

Many of you probably thought I dissapeared from this planet or something, but i am still alive.
Worked my ass off to save money for a new computer.
Well, this first post in months is from my new PC! Yeehoo!
Only the internet connection will be going up end of this month, so then it is even more ideal!

I hope everyone is in good health and having fun.
Besides working i've not been a hermit all the time.
have been to musea, went out for dinner, visited friends, etc. But i just gave up reporting here with an old pc, it stressed met out, most of the time!

Well, i can put some pictures on lj again, so here are some from Schiedam.
A few weeks ago iisoldeorganized a day out to Schiedam, here's an impression of what we saw.
However, halfway of the day, my battery was empty, so more news can be seen on the lj of iisolde(if you're amongst her friendslist).

As always i make dozen of pictures of our cats, they are like our children :). If we had children that would probably be the main subject to make photos of, but as we only have 2 cats...

I am still alive... i am sorry i am not so often around here, i have such lack of energy these days...
With school things are going a bit better, i am very busy working out my plan for Berlin and it's almost finished.

Well, i do have a wish!!! A NEW COMPUTER!!!

Hi there,
I haven't been around here much again. My computer is so utterly slow and things don't work as i want them to...i was a bit fed op with the machine!
So today i am giving it another try.

I want to post pictures, but that takes an whole evening for 5 to place here. I cannot bring up this patience at the moment...

I do hope everyone is fine, though...
I've made a start with all the letters i still have to write, done 5 so far, still much more to do ;)

My students are doing some researce for illustrators at the moment and some of them came up with your work Evalien!!! And with .... van Leeuwen, she studied in the same class as you do i believe??? Oh and also from you Carlijn!
So you are getting famous at last ;P!

Today i had my conversation about Berlin with our head of the school, but this did not go well... i have the feeling i have to ask for help...
Somehow our new managers, want to change everything again and skip the good stuff, which all has been developped!!! It's so utterly demotivating!!!

Well, there isn't much big news anyway, better go check on your lives!
